Business Summit has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Plateau State, Nigeria to support the development of an existing Inland Dry Port, marking a significant step toward strengthening trade infrastructure and logistics capacity in the state.
The agreement, signed on March 10, 2026, reflects a shared commitment to advancing Plateau State’s role as a strategic logistics and trade hub within Nigeria and the wider West African region.
Through the MOU, Business Summit will work with the Plateau State Government to facilitate operations of the Inland Dry Port with experts from different parts of the world providing their insight and expertise along with key investment which will enable trade efficiency, reduce logistics bottlenecks, and stimulate economic activity across multiple sectors through the state to other parts of the nation.
