TripZip, founded in 2016, emerged from her passion for travel and her realization of the information gaps hindering domestic tourism in Bangladesh. It aims to make travel more accessible for socio-economically constrained groups, organizing events like Youth Dialogue, Kids’ Camp, Summer Camp, and Women Travelers Campaign. It also serves as a comprehensive web portal for booking accommodations and tickets, promoting regular tours for women, backpackers, and children.

In 2020, Kanij launched Probashi Sheba Ltd. to bridge the gap between Non-Residential Bangladeshis (NRBs) and Residential Bangladeshis (RBs). Recognizing the high costs and fraudulent practices in migration processes, Probashi Sheba Ltd. provides authentic information and support for better overseas opportunities, aiming to reduce migration costs and assist returnee expats in skill improvement for re-migration.

Konna, co-founded in 2021, is a digital health assistance platform focused on women’s health. Leveraging her 12 years of experience in women's empowerment, Kanij has developed Konna to offer self-health assessment, awareness, and access to skilled health workers and insurance. Konna's mission is to address the healthcare gaps in low- and middle-income countries, reducing disability, mortality, and lost opportunities. Accolades such as being named "Most Unorthodox Entrepreneur of the Year 2020" by Bangladesh Bank underscore the impact of her efforts.

Kanij’s professional journey is enriched by her academic pursuits, including a Leadership Certificate in Managerial Communication from IBA, University of Dhaka, and a photography course from Pathshala Academy. Her interests in music, movies, reading, traveling, and photography reflect her multifaceted personality. Since childhood, she had always wanted to pursue unconventional ways in her professional life. In her personal life, she loves to explore new places, people & culture. Her area of interest is movies and music.

She actively contributes to various organizations, holding positions such as Member of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), National Director of JCI Bangladesh, and Local President of JCI Dhaka North. Her accolades include the Inclusive Business Model Award by SNV Netherlands Organization for Konna in 2021, and special recognition for TripZip at the Bankers SME Women Entrepreneurs Summit in 2020.
